The national language in Japan is Japanese. Therefore, we can assume that the 47 million Japanese people on line speak Japanese as their first language. It is true that most of Japanese study English as the second language at school. However, it is also a fact that most of them struggle to read/speak English outside the very basic conversation level.

Having a site in Japanese which is easy to navigate and understand, is the fundamental of online business. If you wish to enter the Japanese online market, having a site in Japanese is a start.
This process initials the translation/localization of the current/new English (Japanese) text into Japanese (English). Editing the Japanese (English) for tone and accuracy of translation. Typing the translated text into the HTML coding. We return to the client complete translated language HTML pages that replicate the original versions. META tag translation and font code changes are included in the localization work. Care is given in the modification of links to point to the applicable translated versions of pages.
Complete quality control and testing of the site is conducted and the final product is delivered to the client in digital format via FTP upload or on zip file via e-mail.
Quotation :
For software localization, the rates are US$ 50 per hour .

For translation the rates are US$ 15 per page, for A4 page ( medium density ) for moderate volumes. 
For web sit development : US$ 300 per page ( for a heavy density / graphical contents)
