Microsoft Access 2000以上所持者、または購入できる方
（特殊な辞書を使うため）
People who own Microsoft Access (2000 or higher version)
or can buy it. The program is needed for the TWJ-specific dictionary.
外国人の場合は、国内在住のネイティブスピーカーのみ応募可能
We are presently able to accept applications only from native speakers living in Japan.
